Organization ideas for baby closets

Are you an organized person? Like to know where every little item is in your house and if you need something right away you can go right to the correct location and find it? Well, I'm like that. I like to not only keep things clean, but organized.
Here are some ideas of what you can do to organize your baby closet.

Here is a beautiful baby boy nursery.  It looks like there is not a lot of space so they took out the closet doors to have a walk in closet for the clothing, and also the changing table as well.

Another cute organization tip for a baby closet is to keep track of the clothing age like the image below.  Many stores online sell these cute dividers which can help you keep track or find the right size easily.

This closet looks so organized. If you look closely you can see the closet only has two hanger racks and the other storage comes from hanging shoe racks which of course you don't need to use for just shoes.  I have one of these cute racks from IKEA which didn't cost that much.  It's easy to throw things in and keep some kind of organization, but it's easy to see the mess or have things fall out.  You can sometimes buy drawers with these as well to hide the mess.

If you have money to spend or if your house has built in closets, you can fit.... and hide... a lot of clothing and toys.  This was my favorite built in closet with doors.  I also liked how the left side has shelves and the right side has hangers.

Lastly, buying fabric bins is a great way to fill those empty closet shelves for your baby closet/bedroom.  I like this closet how they chose neutral color bins and added the pink tags to match.  If you move, the baby changes bedrooms, or you want to use the bins for something else, you have a neutral color to go with.  Also, you can buy or make liners for these baskets to add pattern or color as well.  Just a thought :)

Good luck my organizing buddies! May your closets be organized!

Top 5 BooginHead products under $10

It's amazing how many great products are out there to help you as a mom, and also your baby.  I know my mom keeps telling me she wishes this or that would have been around when we were little to help her get things done.
BooginHead has so many practical products for babies and little kids, AND they have these products at a way affordable price which is something I really look for.  Here are the amazing products that they carry:

1.  SippiGrip

Have you ever been in the car and your little one throws a fit.... or in many cases their bottle?  I'm sure this has happened to you whether the bottle slips to the ground from a highchair, carseat, crib, stroller, wherever... and they can't get it back.
The SippiGrip is amazing, attach it to whatever bottle or toy and attach it to where your baby is sitting.  I love how you can adjust the strap length so if it slips out of their little hands, it can be within reach of getting it back.  The best part is that these straps are $7.50! Talk about affordable, put one in their carseat, one in the highchair, keep one in your purse and you are all set.

The PaciGrip is similar to the SippiGrip, but keeps your baby's pacifier close.  This cute product ties to all types of pacifiers and clips on to your little one's clothing so if the paci falls out of their mouth, it is right there for them to put in their mouths.  Any guesses how much these are? $5.00!
I love all of the colors they have and both the PaciGrip and SippiGrip you can easily wash. Below are pictures of Jessica Alba and Alicia Keys  with their stylish babies with PaciGrips.  How cool!

Another awesome product you should have at home.  BooginHead's Squeez'Ems are reusable food pouches for any pureed foods.  It is BPA, PVC and Phthalate Free, is in one part to avoid lost pieces (always happens to me), and it can go in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.  How perfect!
You can buy a pack of two for $7.99! Perfect for babys and kids, easily throw them in a lunch box or in your diaper bag or car.

Gosh, where was a SplatMat when I was young.  My parent's eating area was carpeted and I was the messiest eater and would get food all over and into the carpet.  Ugh.
Whether you are protecting your carpet or wood floor from mealtime food or spills, or want to use the SplatMat to play on or keep a craft project from getting out of hand, there are so many reasons why a SplatMat is useful.  It is 52" round and easy to pack away for travel.

Last awesome product I want to share from BooginHead is their PaciPouch.  Attach it to your stroller or throw it in your purse to keep up to two pacifiers and two PaciGrips clean and protected.

Decorating onesies during baby shower

One cute idea to get guests involved in a baby shower is to have a onesie decorating station.  I think it's such a great idea and gives guests an opportunity to share their creativity.
Look how cute these boy onesies are.  You can get fabric decorating markers and stencils to have your guests decorated.  It might be a good idea to put cardboard in the onesies to not have the markers bleed through.

Look at these cute onesies that were definitely made with stencils.  I love the different patterns instead of just plain onesies as well.
Another idea to make onesies is to use fabrics and other cute accessories like button, ribbons and more.
So many cute fabric patterns to use.

I love this idea to make onesies during the baby shower.  How creative will you get if you decorate plain onesies.
