Cafe Bella Rue Dinner and Gelato

Last week, my husband and I and two friends tried out a new restaurant called Cafe Bella Rue.  It's in South Jordan, UT on SoDa Row, which I have been to many times, but have not been to this amazing European Bistro.  We enjoyed it so much that we can't wait to go back this next week.

Right when you walk in, you will love the inviting environment, welcoming service, beautiful decor, and great variety of food. The restaurant had so many great options from pizzas and calzones, sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. The service we had was so nice and helpful which added to our great experience!

We started off with Italian Soda which were seriously the best I have ever had.  They were so delicious and huge, I couldn't get enough of it! They also had amazing looking smoothies that I want to try the next time I go.

For an appetizer, we tried their sweet potato fries were delicious.  I kept on eating them throughout my whole meal, even when I was completely full because it was so good and it had a great sauce!

Here is their "Specials" board which had so many great deals.  The prices (even without specials) are a reasonable price for this delicious and big portioned meal especially with my husband being a big eater.

You can't really tell how big this salad is that Alexa ordered, but it is pretty darn big.  This is definitely what I'm going to get next time I go.  There were over 10 different salads to choose from, tough choice.

Here I am in Cafe Bella Rue, it's a happening place that everyone wants to come back to and experience other foods.  Inside and out of this restaurant is kid friendly.  Their menu has specials for free kid Wednesday and outside you can find swing sets, a large grass area, and a water play area for kids... and adults that are kids at heart.

Look at this satisfied customer about to devour his meal. This was the Ferrari sandwich (with pancetta, gouda cheese, chipotle sauce) which is one of their top sellers.  I had to have a bite of his, and it was so good!!! Definitely a good choice for me in the future, we hear people come back to this European Bistro particularly for this special sandwich.

Oh my gosh, after we ate we had incredible gelatos and sorbet.  There had to be over 40 different flavors.  My friends liked the Apple Pie and Stawberry Gelatos, I'm so glad I got the Pineapple Sorbet.

As you can see they had a huge variety of gelato:

Apple Pie, Biscotti, Blueberry, Butterfinger w/ chocolate, Caffe Latte, Caramel Sea Salt, Cherry Mania, Chocolate Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Classico, Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut, Cookies & Cream, Creme Caramel, Disaronno Amaaretto w/ Italian Cherry, Dulce de Leche, Gianduia w/ Heath Bar, Hazelnut, Milk Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Mocha, Panna Cotta, Peanut Butter, Pistachio Italiano, Pure Pistachio, Raspberry Cheesecake, Reeses and Cream, Strawberry w/ Fruit, Tiramisu', Toasted Almond, Triple Chocolate, Vaniglia Gialla, Vanilla Madagascar Yellow, Vanilla Tahiti, Wild Cherry Cheesecake, + about twenty more not even including their sorbets.

After we got our gelatos/sorbets, we walked around the town and there was so much going on.  Right outside the restaurant, there was a band setting up to perform and many families and friends sitting on blankets to watch the free concert.

What a fun, cute town! There is so much to do and the town is very modern by the design of the buildings.

This next week they have a 5th Annual Fizz Fest at SoDa Row with food, music, fun, and more.  There is always something happening in this town, so grab a gelato and some dinner at Cafe Bella Rue and enjoy the town.
The pizzas were so incredible, we love how Mondays from 4pm till close you can get their pizzas from $7.99 and fountain drinks from 50 cents!   I got the Mediterranean pizza which was was so delicious, it had a thin  crust which was cooked perfect.
