Baby Box Custom Painted Furniture

Baby Box has amazing custom hand-painted furniture for nurseries and bedrooms. They have a few lines of custom furniture pieces that include armoires, dressers, tables, desks, beds, etc. which can create a unique and specific style that you want to design your child's bedroom. Here are some of my favorites:

For baby cribs I loved these designs that are hand painted. These first two come from the line AFK or Art for Kids who can design and paint any piece to match any color or theme. Look how beautiful these designs are.

These two beds are from Newport Cottages. I love how these beds can look so different in a nursery. I love how this first bed is higher on both ends and I like the stark white color of the second bed with the design detail found on the side of the crib and other matching furniture.

I absolutely think these hand-painted AFK changing tables and armoires on their website are spectacular. You can make them as fun as you want and the designs and colors can be however you would like.

Also, there is furniture you can buy like hand-painted toy chests, shelves, wall art etc. This armoire and nightstand are from the Newport line who also do custom painting and finishing anyway you would like.

Can you believe all of the detail in these designs. There are so many amazing furniture designs through Baby Box and so many possibilities for you to create the perfect bedroom for your child.

Sunday Thoughts: Road Less Traveled

Sometimes people are afraid to go down a path, the right path, because the are uncertain of what the consequences might be or what may lie ahead. When we listen in our hearts and follow the right path, or decisions we should make, we should proceed with confidence and feel proud that we stood up for what is right.

The decisions we make can make a large difference in our lives, especially over time. I love this quote below as well because what we love, seek, think and do, all makes up who we become. Be that kind of person who is firm in their beliefs and stands up and takes that road that is less taken many of the time. It takes one person to make a difference to make a big change in how people might treat others, view the world, or their behaviors and actions.

Very Hungry Caterpillar Nursery

Check out this baby nursery with a Very Hungry Caterpillar theme. So cute. I love how they have a white crib and the books and other accessories that relate to the book. It's interesting too how they placed the wood on the wall at an angle like they did.

Look at the cute pillows. I like the pillows have food that the caterpillar eats, the butterfly etc.

Cute details all in the crib. Any baby would love to sleep here at night!

St. George/Las Vegas Part 1

This last weekend we stayed two days in St. George then went down to Las Vegas which was so much fun. We didn't take many pictures in St. George, but it was cold in the mornings, but got in the 60s during the day which was perfect for hiking and playing tennis.

Here are some things we did in Las Vegas: Eating out for my birthday dinner and at a bunch of great places.

We stayed at the Stratosphere while we were in Vegas. This is a picture at the pool and us seeing people do the infamous drop off off the Stratosphere.

Since we stayed in the Stratosphere we were able to go to the top whenever we wanted. It was beautiful seeing all of the lights from the city.

Love NY NY. We walked EVERYWHERE. Our poor feet were dying.

The design in each of the buildings is amazing. It was so fun walking around everywhere. On Monday we walked for 10 hours I think we calculated. We went up and down seeing everything we needed to.

There were so many candy shops, this one was so cute.

Here we are exhausted. We hit up the Coke and M&M factory.

We hit up a few hotels that we have never been in before. The Luxor was really neat to see.

Las Vegas Temple

On our way into Vegas we visited the Las Vegas temple. Of course it was beautiful! We were so glad to stop by, here are some pictures:
